All the softwares downloaded from our site will be in a zipped format. If we double click and open the file, it will open but will be in a read only state.To overcome this you can perform one of the two things listed below.
ReplyDelete1.Drag the file out from inside the folder to a different location.
or
2.Right click the zipped folder (you can see a belt on it) and select " Extract All" and then show where to save the extracted file.Go to that file and start your work.

ReplyDeleteWe are using your GPF software for taking NRA loan from our KASE PF .I entered 18 months statements in 2 pages , while taking print i got only first page How to gets second page.
The structure of the GPF annuxure is for taking just one year's data only. In case you need to process more than a year's data please take one more copy of the software and rename it accordingly.Then add data pertaining to that year in that annexure and bring the total and enter in the current year's B/F Total columns.No column should be kept blank.Hence zeroes should not be deleted.

മാര്‍ക്കറ്റില്‍ നിന്ന് വാങ്ങുന്ന ഇന്‍കം ടാക്സ് ഫോം ലീഗല്‍ സൈസ് ആണ്. സോഫ്ട് വെയറില്‍ ഉപയോഗിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഫോം ഉള്ളടക്കം അത് തന്നെയാണ് എങ്കിലും പ്രിന്റ് ചെയ്യാനുള്ള സൗകര്യത്തിന് വേണ്ടി എ4 സൈസ് ആക്കേണ്ടിവന്നു. അതാണ് രണ്ടര പേജ് ആവാന്‍ കാരണം. ഇനിയത് രണ്ട് പേജില്‍ ഒതൂക്കണമെങ്കില്‍ ചില ഭാഗങ്ങള്‍ ഒഴിവാക്കുകയേ നിവര്‍ത്തിയുള്ളു.

ReplyDeleteAs and when there is a change in designation pay fixation statement should be prepared noting the relevant KSR Rule (Eg.28,28A,30,37A) applicable (even if there is no change in pay) and pasted on the relevant page of the SB of the employee.Normally if the promotion is from a lower time scale to higher time scale 28 A fixation is applicable.

ReplyDeleteIt is a misconception that a 64 bit Windows OS should require a 64 bit MS Office. All 32 bit softwares will run in 64 bit OS too. The truth is that if you are not working with very large files (more than 2 GB in size) practically there is no need of 64 bit version of MS Office on a 64 bit machine. Please install MS Office 32 bit version instead of the unnecessary 64 version.

SIR HOW TO add column for additional service
ReplyDeleteCan't add to existing 7 columns. One option is converting the statement into an MS Word document to add additional entries.
